Nanaimo has already clinched a playoff spot and is also looking to sew up home ice for the first round. The Clips are three points ahead of the third place Alberni Valley Bulldogs and hold a game in hand. Offensively, Nanaimo is led by 20-year-old forwards Greg Fraser, Kyle Kramer and Reid Sturos who have 136 points between the three of them. The Clippers already know that they will have a chance to head to the Royal Bank Cup this year as they are the host team of the first ever Western Canada Cup which will be held from April 26th to May 5th.
